We’re happy to accept exchanges and returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. A try-on at home is fine! Taking your Paulo Bellinis for a walk outside is not fine:) How can I return my items? Haven’t found the perfect fit? Returns and exchanges are easy. Just follow these three steps:
- Click here to initiate your return or exchange. To get started, all you’ll need is your tracking number and the shipping zip code from the original order.
- Make sure your Paulo Bellini items fulfill the qualifications below and ship them back to us using the prepaid return label (downloadable in Step 1).
- For an exchange, your new pair will be sent to you as soon as your initial pair is in transit back to us. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days, once we have received your package.
Policy for return:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your shoes are in any way defective / faulty we will cover all return shipping costs, and issue a full refund. Please reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
If you got the wrong size, we will also exchange it for free and cover all the return shipping costs. Unless you received a faulty/defective product, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note :Gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (refund costs are for customer).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Paulo Bellini items must be returned in their original packaging such as shoe boxes and shoe bags.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Orders that that are partial returned
Free belt giveaway:
*Available until December 31st and while stock lasts. Sale items excluded! When returning orders a full refund is only made when returning all items (including the free belt). Otherwise a partial refund will be made for the items returned minus the items that are not returned. If not all items are returned, the return shipping costs are on behalf of the customer.
