Web store software
Our online store is developed with software from WooCommerce, we have chosen Hostnet for our web
hosting. Personal information that you make available to us for the provision of our services, will be shared with this party. Hostnet has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have with them, AndersHostnet is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.
We purchase web hosting and email services from Hostnet. Hostnet processes personal data on
our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Hostnet has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data.
E-mail and mailing lists
Our website uses Mailerlite a third party vendor that handles email traffic originating from our
website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent through the servers of Mailerlite. Mailerlite will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website, you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. If you click on this you will no longer receive email from our website. This may seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data will be stored securely by Mailerlite.
We use the services of Gmail for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Gmail has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our e- mail traffic confidentially.
To handle (part of) the payments in our online store, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and, in this context, to share (anonymized) data with third
parties. All of the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie’s services for which it engages third parties. Mollie will not retain your data longer than permitted under the statutory periods.
For handling (part of) the payments in our online store we use the platform of Klarna. Klarna processes your name, address and residence details and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Klarna has appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Klarna reserves the right to use your data to further improve services and in this context (anonymized) data to share with third parties. Klarna shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies in the case of a request for a deferred payment (credit facility). All of the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Klarna’s services for which they engage third parties. Klarna does not retain your data longer than permitted under the legal deadlines.
We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us, so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In case we invite you to leave a review we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They use this information for the sole purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal
data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to use third parties for the provision of services, for this we have given WebwinkelKeur permission. All of the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to. those parts of the service for which WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.
Shipping and logistics
When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of
DPD to make the deliveries. This requires us to share your name, address and city information with
DPD. DPD uses these data only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that
the supplier engages subcontractors, DPD will also make your data available to these parties.
External sales channels
We sell (some of) our items through Bol.com’s platform. If you place an order via this platform, Bol.com shares your order and personal data with us. We use this information to process your order. We treat your data confidentially and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss and unauthorized use.
Purpose of data processing
General purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. That is, the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data – other than at your request – to contact you at a later time, we will ask you explicit permission
to do so. Your data will not be shared with third parties other than to meet accounting and other administrative
obligations. These third parties are all bound to secrecy under the agreement
between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.
Automatically collected data
Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed for the purpose of further improving our services.
These data (for example, your IP address, web browser and operating system) are not personal data.
Cooperation in tax and criminal investigations
In appropriate cases, Studio PR Shoes BV may be required by law to share your data in connection with
government tax or criminal investigations. In such a case, we are forced to share your data, but we will resist
within the possibilities offered by law.
We will retain your information for as long as you are our client. This means that we will keep your client profile
until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also interpret this as
a forgetting request. This also means that we will not retain your data for more than two years from the last point of
contact or transaction, unless there is a legal justification for doing so. Pursuant to applicable administrative
obligations, we must retain invoices containing your (personal) data, so we will retain this data for as long as the
applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have
produced as a result of your assignment.
Pursuant to applicable Dutch and European legislation, as a data subject you have certain rights with respect to
personal data processed by us or on our behalf. We explain below which rights these are and how you can invoke
these rights. In principle, to prevent misuse, we only send copies and transcripts of your data to your e-mail address
already known to us. In the event that you wish to receive the data at a different e-mail address or for example by
post, we will ask you to identify yourself. We keep records of processed requests, in the case of a forgetting request
we administer anonymized data. You will receive all copies and transcripts of data in the machine-readable data
format we use within our systems. You have the right at any time to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data
Authority if you suspect that we are using your personal data incorrectly.
You always have the right to inspect the data we process (or have processed) that relates to your person or can be
traced back to you. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will
receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a copy of all data
together with a list of the processors holding this data, indicating the category under which we have stored this
data, at the e-mail address known to us.
Right of Rectification
You always have the right to have the data we process (or have processed) that relates to your person or can be
traced back to you amended. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You
will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation
that the data has been adjusted at the e-mail address known to us.
Right to restriction of processing
You always have the right to limit the data we process or have processed that relates to your person or can be traced
back to you. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a
response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at the e-mail
address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you cancel the restriction.
Right to transferability
You always have the right to have the data we process (or have processed) that relates to your person or can be
traced back to you by another party. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy
matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your
request is granted, we will send you, at the e-mail address known to us, copies or transcripts of all data about you
that we have processed or have processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties. In all likelihood, we
will no longer be able to continue providing services in such a case, because the secure interconnection of data files
can then no longer be guaranteed.
Right to object and other rights
You have the right to object, where appropriate, to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Studio
PR Shoes BV. If you object, we will immediately cease processing the data pending the handling of your objection.
If your objection is well-founded, we will provide you with copies and/or copies of the data we process (or have
